The house has new double pane storm windows, glass slider that leads you to a newly installed patio with a fish pond, and tuff shed to store your excess things. The house is freshly painted inside and out. New garage door with electric door opener. Rooms rent for the following amount $550 for the 10x10 room, $650 for the larger room and $1000 for the master bedroom. Rent includes all utilities and full house privileges. You pay only for your own telephone. If you like to rent the entire home, the rent is $2000. You will pay all utilities.
