1500 sf townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Extremely well taken care of and clean. Association has pool and jacuzzi. Backyard with barbeque. Quiet neighborhood. Inside laundry, cable and kitchen privileges available. The townhome is located 6-7 minutes from Laguna Beach. 1 gay couple (50 & 29) along with 1 single gay male (26) live in the townhome. Most of the time, no one is home.
I get up before 6am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as clean.I occasionally have overnight guests.I party rarely.
I live in a 3 person male only household. Age 26 - 99.
My work schedule is best described as "mixed". My professional occupation is education/ training.
I do not have any pets.

Someone quiet and respectful. This person must be clean and generally nice. Someone who pays rent on time and cleans up after him/her self. This person can have someone stay overnight, but not live at the townhome. If couple, they need to be drama free and pay extra for rent. This person can be gay straight - whatever, "Live and let live." 725.00 with a reduction in rent after the first month depending on cleanliness level. 700.00 if clean!
No illegal drugs, smoking, EXCESSIVE drinking, drama, or animals.
