I work 2 jobs. Usually only home to sleep. I dont have people over often, and I would pletely respect the privacy of any future tenant. The yard is pretty spacious and there is storage area in the garage.

I get up 8am - 10am.I go to bed 10pm - 12am.I eat almost anything.My level of cleanliness is best described as average.I rarely have overnight guests.I party rarely.
