my name is jeremy, i live at 87th terr and wornall rd. i live in a 3bdrm, 2 bathroom townhouse. have an up and downstairs plus a small basement. the room that is available is the largest bedroom in the apartment, it has its own full bathroom and 2 closets. if everything is split evenly, it cost about 500 bucks total per person to live here. that includes rent (695/347.50 a piece), cable w/dvr internet w/ wireless router (100/50 a piece), kcp&l (approx 100/50 a piece) and all the other utilities (approx 100/50 a piece)...plus i also have a dog and cat who are both very friendly so if someone interested had a cat i don't think that'd be an issue.
