I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates, for any type of residence. THE CHEAPER THE RENT, THE BETTER. This being said, I can probably manage around $400-650 for my half of the rent and utilities, depending on place and number of roommates. I'm trying to find someone to room with who is laid back, but really fun! I'm a graphic artist/photographer/painter. I'm an introvert/extrovert m and a pretty balanced person. I love to talk and am high-energy/positive.. but I totally understand the need for down-time or personal time in your own home. :) Also, it should be noted that while I'm definitely respectful of sleep/work schedules, I'm a night owl. LOL. Random fact: I know ASL well enough (though rusty) that a deaf roommate would be a possibility. I don't mind parties at all (I actually love to host parties with friends and I adore meeting new people), but I'm not a frequent drinker beyond a wild weekend here and there. I don't mind if you drink, but hardcore partiers, drinkers, and drug users need not apply. I prefer people who are pretty clean, but I'm not anal about other people's stuff. It's fine as long as you keep the mess to your area. Lol. I should note that I have a dog (9lb shih tzu). She's an indoor dog, but she doesn't shed. I'm pretty relaxed about promising on household stuff, but the one thing I won't put up with is someone who starts arguments/conflict/drama about stuff. I just don't care to deal with that kind of crap. I'd rather figure things out by promising and agreeing on something together, than flipping out and ending up hating each other before the lease is up. My hope is actually that we could bee good friends! :)

I'm new to Denver, so I don't know where I want to plant yet, but I'm thinking Capitol Hill/Governors Park, or downtown/LoDo/colfax and ANY OTHER related funky, Liberal, interesting, or fun area close by will do nicely. :-P I'm looking for someone who is NOT Biphobic, as I am a Bisexual female (thus there is the potential of me having both gay/straight friends AND girlfriends/boyfriends over to our place). Your gender and orientation don't matter to me. Age is not a big deal as long as you are cool with rooming with a 25 year old (by the lease date listed above). I'm not a student, but I'm definitely not a "9-to-5" type of person either. LOL. Smoking and drug use are my two major things I don't want in a roommate, simply because the smell of them makes me really sick... Otherwise, I'm really laid back about most things! :)
